Required for cassette awnings – the extension pin ensures the eyelet is positioned at the correct distance from the gearbox, and it can be retrofitted using a steel spring pin. Pin length: the length selected refers to the total length of the pin!

Consists of the following individual components:

• 37.5 mm extension
• oval die-cast eyelet (for butcher’s hooks)
• steel spring pin (for upper connection)
• coil spring pin (for connecting the extension and the eyelet)

Gearbox extension Pins

Suitable for drives: 10 mm round (internal) – CANNOT be used with other items from our range!

If using with third-party products, please check compatibility beforehand. The pin is flattened on two sides; the existing gearbox should have a corresponding mounting point for this.

Advantage: with this system, the pin and the eyelet can be fitted retrospectively – depending on the awning type, the gearbox must first be fitted without the extension, as it will not fit into the cassette with the extension pre-fitted.

- one for securing to the gearbox using a steel spring pin
- one for attaching a 10 mm gear box eyelet

Pin length: the selected length refers to the entire pin!
The actual extension is then 19.5 mm shorter, as this length is concealed within the gear box; furthermore, the section where the eyelet will later be fitted is omitted due to the subsequent distance from the gear box.
