Restore the mechanical precision and smooth operation of your sunroom awning with this precisely fitting headpiece for the Erwilo front rail (Type 5100 / 510). As the side cap for the front drop bar, this end cap plays a key role in the awning’s guide system: It serves as a stable base and housing for the rollers and the stop piece, which allow the fabric profile to move smoothly through the guide rails.

Due to constant UV radiation, periods of heat and cold, and the mechanical stress caused by extending and retracting the awning, older end caps can become brittle, crack, or become misaligned at the roller bearings. This causes the front profile to tilt and places unnecessary strain on the motor. This replacement part is made of powder-coated aluminum and comes complete with 2 Delrin rollers (28 x 53 mm) and a Delrin stop piece (59 x 12 x 10 mm), ensuring low-friction contact with the guide rails.
