Ladder cord & tape
Venetian blinds and external blinds are raised and lowered using lift cords; the slats are tilted using ladder cords or a clip-on cord. You will find various options in this section.
- Ladder cords – one cord on the outside and one on the inside, connected by ladder rungs. The slats rest on the rungs or are threaded through them.
- Ladder tapes – one wide tape on the outside and one on the inside, connected by ladder rungs. The slats rest on the rungs or are threaded through them.
- Clip tapes – one narrow tape or cord on the outside and one on the inside, each fitted with clips. The slats have corresponding counterparts. These are available in various designs (conical, round, clip on the slat or on the tape)
