Please use our online ordering system to place your order. All the necessary information will be requested directly, you can see the current prices and quantity discounts will be calculated automatically.
Please understand that we only deliver against advance payment (advance payment by bank transfer or PayPal, see below for more information), with the sole exception of public institutions.
Orders by fax/email or telephone are not possible if you do not yet have a customer account. You can create your customer account via MY ACCOUNT – NEW HERE – REGISTER NOW.
Even if you have an existing customer account, orders received by email or fax are not processed daily and may take 1 week or more to be processed. Volume discounts stored online are not taken into account in these orders. It is ALWAYS faster and safer to place your order via the shopping basket, as these orders are always processed as a priority.
Comments on the order - you can leave comments in this field, but we would like to point out that an order will only be opened here if it has been approved by full payment or if the order is to be cancelled after a certain period of time. If you do not make the payment directly, it is therefore necessary to send us an additional email with the information.
Subsequent changes to the order are possible in principle, but must be processed before dispatch. As the dispatch department does not have direct access to the emails received, it may happen that a fully paid order has already been dispatched before an email sent (even a few minutes after the order) has been read. In this case, please wait with the payment until all questions have been clarified.
We only accept partial returns to a limited extent if a product is ordered in various designs or in large quantities.
The right of withdrawal gives the consumer the opportunity to check the quality and condition of the goods – however, if the partial withdrawal is due to a lack of need and the ordered goods actually meet the consumer's requirements, we are not obliged to accept the withdrawal. This is the case, for example, if a cord is ordered in different thicknesses or an eyelet with different diameters. These dimensions can and must be specified before ordering.
We therefore only accept partial returns as a gesture of goodwill and subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment can be made by advance bank transfer, PayPal or credit card; all other payment options, such as purchase on account, are only offered and billed via PayPal.
You will find our bank details under ‘Prepayment’ in the order confirmation, which you will receive by email, in the text of the email.
After making a payment via PayPal, please always check whether you have received the corresponding payment confirmation from PayPal. You will receive this email from ‘service@paypal.de’; only this email confirms that the payment has actually been made.
